What is Early Access?
Early Access is the stage between "the product is ready" and "the product is commercially launched." ifaha's CRM — fleet and availability calendar, reservations, contracts with e-signature, payments, deposits and customer records — is fully functional. What we're building now is confidence: real companies running real rentals, telling us what to improve before launch.
Why is it free?
Simple: right now your feedback is worth more to us than your money. During Early Access you use ifaha free of charge — guaranteed through December 31, 2026 — and in return we learn how real rental companies work. When Early Access ends, paid plans may be introduced. If that happens, every user will be notified at least 30 days in advance, and your data will never be held hostage: accounts that don't pay become read-only, with full viewing and export always available.
Who can join?
Any car rental company. ifaha works for a 5-car fleet the same as a 100-car one, and is built with the Gulf market in mind: VAT presets for Saudi Arabia (15%) and the UAE (5%), SAR/AED/USD, bilingual English/Arabic contracts and WhatsApp notifications. English, Arabic and Russian interfaces.

- Is ifaha really free right now?
- Yes. During Early Access every feature is free for every company, with no credit card required. Free use is guaranteed through December 31, 2026.
- What happens when Early Access ends?
- Paid plans may be introduced — a final decision hasn't been made. If pricing changes, you'll get at least 30 days' notice. There is no card on file, so you can never be charged without explicitly subscribing.
- Will I lose my data if I don't pay later?
- No. Your data is never deleted. If you choose not to subscribe, your account becomes read-only: you can still view and export everything.
- Is the product finished, or am I testing a beta?
- The CRM is complete: calendar, reservations, contracts with e-signature, payments, deposits and reports all work today. "Early Access" refers to the commercial stage, not the product's readiness.
- What does "priority support" mean?
- You talk directly to the team building ifaha, by WhatsApp or email — no ticket queues. Setup help and integration help are free.
- Can I influence the roadmap?
- Yes — that's the point of Early Access. Feature requests from Early Access companies are how we decide what to build next.
- How much will ifaha cost after launch?
- The planned pricing is on our pricing page: plans by fleet size, all features on every plan. It may change before commercial launch — Early Access users will be notified 30 days ahead either way.
