These terms govern your use of the ifaha car rental platform at ifaha.com, operated by [LEGAL_NAME], registered in [JURISDICTION], [ADDRESS]. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The service
ifaha is a turnkey car rental CRM: fleet and availability, reservations, contracts with electronic signature, customer records, payments and deposits. We provide it as an online service and improve it over time.
2. Early Access
ifaha is currently in Early Access and free for every company, with no credit card required, guaranteed through December 31, 2026. Paid plans may be introduced after Early Access ends; no final decision has been made. If pricing changes, you will be notified at least 30 days in advance. There is no card on file, so you are never charged without explicitly subscribing.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for everything done under your account by your team. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Your data and your customers
You own the data you enter into ifaha. When you enter your renters' personal details you act as the data controller for that data: you are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect it, for the accuracy of the contracts and documents you generate, and for how you communicate with your customers, including WhatsApp notifications you choose to send. ifaha processes that data on your behalf, as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
Use ifaha only for lawful car rental operations. Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the platform, access other companies' data, or use it to send unlawful or unsolicited messages.
6. Payments
Any subscription billing for ifaha itself is handled through Stripe. Payments you take from your own renters flow through your own Stripe or Tap Payments account and settle directly to you — ifaha does not hold or route those funds and is not a party to the rental agreement between you and your customer.
7. Availability
We work to keep ifaha available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance and ship changes that affect features.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ifaha is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profit, data or business arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Termination
You can stop using ifaha at any time. We may suspend or end access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms. If your account ends or is not continued on a paid plan, your data is not deleted — the account becomes read-only so you can still view and export it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION]. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of [JURISDICTION], unless applicable law requires otherwise.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page and the date above will change. Continuing to use ifaha after an update means you accept the revised terms.
