- What is ifaha?
- ifaha is car rental software (CRM) for rental companies: fleet and availability calendar, reservations, contracts with e-signature, payments, deposits and customer records — working out of the box, with no implementation project.
- How much does ifaha cost?
- Start is $40/month for up to 25 vehicles, Growth is $85/month for up to 50, Fleet is $150/month for up to 100. Above 100 vehicles — contact us. All features are included on every plan.
- Is ifaha free right now?
- Yes. During Early Access every plan is free for everyone, no credit card required — guaranteed through December 31, 2026. If paid plans are introduced later, you'll be notified at least 30 days in advance.
- Do I need installation or an implementation project?
- No. ifaha is web-based: sign up, add your vehicles and start taking bookings the same day.
- Does ifaha work in Saudi Arabia and the UAE?
- Yes. It supports VAT presets for KSA (15%) and UAE (5%), SAR/AED/USD, WhatsApp notifications and bilingual English/Arabic contracts.
- Can customers sign the rental contract electronically?
- Yes. Customers sign via a secure link on their phone; the signed contract is stored as a bilingual English/Arabic PDF.
- How do online payments work?
- You connect your own Stripe or Tap Payments account; customers pay by card and the money goes directly to you, not through ifaha.
- What happens to my data if I stop paying?
- Your account becomes read-only: you can view and export everything. Your data is never deleted automatically.
